Books and audiobooks
The Ellibs service has books and audiobooks in Finnish, Swedish and English.
Ellibs e-library offers Lingonet’s online language courses for studying Finnish, English, French, Swedish, and German. The support languages for the courses are either Finnish or English. Studying is based on learning by listening, and the courses also include interactive exercises.
Borrow e-books and e-audiobooks through Biblio (previously Elib). The service has e-books and e-audiobooks in Finnish, Swedish and English, as well as in many other languages such as Arabic, German and Russian.
Celia-library has audiobooks for print-disabled readers: persons unable to read standard print due to a physical or cognitive impairment.
In addition to books in Finnish and Swedish, books in other languages are also available, including works in English, Estonian, French, German and Russian.
You can use the on-demand film streaming service Viddla with your library card and your PIN code. You can watch a maximum of 3 films per month.
