Government order closes all libraries until 13/5.
All borrowing services are suspended until further notice in response to the guidelines of the Regional State Administrative Agency, but you can still use our online services. We continue to follow the news and guidelines, and we will post any further updates on the library website. If you have questions, please contact the library.
The new due date for all library items renewed on or after 31/3 will be 18/5. The extended loan period applies to all materials: books, short loans, DVDs, CDs, and sports equipment.
During the closure, you can renew your loans even if you have already renewed them five times. You can renew your short loans twice.
If you did not collect your reserved items from the library before the closure, you will have until25/5 to pick them up when the libraries reopen.
The library will not send any pick-up notices for reserved items during the closure. If you reserve items during the closure, you will receive the pick-up notice when the libraries reopen on 14/5.
There will be no late fees for items that are due and renewed during the closure.
You can request interlibrary and regional loans on the library website during the closure, but the requests will not be processed until the library reopens. All interlibrary loans are automatically renewed and will not be due until after the library reopens.You can check the due dates of your loans on the library website (My loans) or by contacting us at 06 325 3540 Monday–Friday 10:00–15:00.
All library drop boxes will be closed from 1/4 until further notice in response to the guidelines of the Regional State Administrative Agency.
The drop boxes are closed, and you cannot return your loans. Please don't leave library materials outside of the book drop or the library. If the material is lost or damaged, you must pay for it. You can renew all your loans until 18/5. You can even renew items that have been reserved by someone else.

Do you want to use our e-resources, but you do not have a library card? Apply for a temporary library card here. The temporary card will be valid for as long as the closure continues. E-customer application
If you have a library card but you have forgotten your PIN, you can request a new PIN on the library website.
